Day 17 Where's the power?
There's no doubt Jesus was a man of power and action, not merely words but He practiced what He preached! Motivated by love and the desire to draw people to God He performed many miracles. The more we realize that Jesus is God, all powerful, the more we will see his power and love in our life. In reality the more we will allow God's power to operate in our lives we open ourselves up to seeing miracles, signs and wonders! He is still able to save and set free regardless of our past! The miracle of forgiveness brings healing, wholeness and powerful change to those who trust Him! He's not just some God, He is THE GOD, omnipotent, all powerful and mighty!
2 Timothy 3:1-5 But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. 2 People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 4treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God-- 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power.
Don't deny God's power working in your life, remember he wants to do exceedingly and abundantly beyond what we could think or ask!
